A Prayer Request Answered
Recently a friend of mine was diagnosed with Larynx cancer. Things were not looking so good for him in the beginning. I always held out the hope that he’d be ok. It was a sort of knowing that persisted in my being. He had previously shared w/me how he had a near death experience where he had crossed over and received a message from his father telling him that it was not quite time for him to leave the Earth plane.
When he told me about his cancer I told him that God would not make it that easy to get into Heaven. I also told him that he would have to put up quite a good fight. That he did! He fought a long and hard battle and in the end I’m so happy to say he won!!!
It’s so difficult at thymes to find the right words to help someone who’s going through something so traumatic and debilitating. Myself, his wife and his daughter rallied around him to offer healing Reiki treatments when we first heard of the news. What we discovered during those initial treatments was something I myself was not aware of until I saw it with my own eyes. We prayed and offered Reiki healing, positive thought and prayer for Divine Intervention.
My friend recently had another petscan after all his radiation and chemotherapy treatments to see how much of the tumor had shrunk. The tumor was quite a large tumor that the Doctors could not do surgery on it until they had shrunken its size dramatically. Well after the petscan results came in my friend was astounded to learn that the Doctors could no longer even find the giant tumor that once occupied most of the space that was in his throat where his voice box remains. Call it whatever you like but I am calling it
A Prayer Request Answered
or better yet, nothing short of A True Miracle.
